Therapy services centered around you

Whether you're looking for individual therapy, family support, or trauma-focused treatment, our work together is guided by your goals, your experiences, and what feels most important to you.

How we can work together:

Every person and every family has different needs. Explore the therapy services I provide and learn more about what you can expect from each.

Individual Therapy

Slow down, make sense of your emotional experiences, and better understand how your past may be shaping your present.

Together, we'll create a space to explore what's most important to you at a pace that feels comfortable, while practicing practical tools and strategies that you can begin using in your everyday life.

Family Therapy

Strengthen communication, work through conflict, support more connection at home, and build healthier ways of relating to one another.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep your family feeling stuck and work toward greater understanding, flexibility, and connection.

Parent Support

Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming at times.

Parent support sessions provide a supportive space to better understand your child's emotional and behavioral needs, navigate challenging moments with greater confidence, and help you feel more grounded and supported along the way.

EMDR

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps people process distressing or traumatic experiences. Whether you're seeking EMDR specifically or it becomes part of your treatment over time, we'll move at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and aligned with your needs and readiness.

What it’s like to work with me:

Therapy is a collaborative process focused on helping you better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

My work is grounded in an attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and social justice perspective, and I strive to provide inclusive, affirming care where you feel respected, supported, and free to be yourself. I believe trust is built through openness, humility, and a willingness to repair when mistakes happen.
